Warranty

Your warranty claims are based on the statutory provisions of sales law. In the event of defects, we will make a replacement delivery at our expense. The return is based on and must be carried out according to the provisions in Section 10.

You are obliged to examine the products received immediately and with due care for deviations in quality and quantity and to notify us of any obvious defects within 30 days of receipt of the products. If you receive shortfalls or defective products, you must notify us immediately by email or letter within 30 days of receipt of the products. The same period also applies to hidden defects discovered later. In the event of a breach of the obligation to examine and give notice of defects, the assertion of warranty claims is excluded.

If defects are not reported immediately, you forfeit your statutory and contractual warranty rights. In addition, with your complaint you help us to be able to assert our own claims against the carrier or the transport insurance company.
We shall provide a warranty for defects by rectification or replacement delivery at our discretion. In the case of rectification, we do not have to bear the increased costs incurred by transporting the products to a location other than the place of performance, provided that the transport does not correspond to the intended use of the products.

Return

The return must be made according to the instructions and as follows: After receiving your notification regarding the existence of a circumstance according to Section 9 of these General Terms and Conditions, we will immediately send you a return form. The product to be returned must be provided with the return form and the delivery note (if ordering on account, with the original invoice) and returned within 5 days.
